LED Geekend @ Left Click

Left Click from Ljubljana is hosting a “LED Geekend” from November 29 to December 1 in Ljubljana!

Left Click is a newly established hackerspace that I launched in August at PLAC – the Participatory Ljubljana Autonomous Zone. We’ve been given a room in the basement of the squatted building.

I ask you to bring Chaos to Left Click, bring the hacker atmosphere, help us decorate the place with permanent and festive season art installation, and on Friday, help build up of the place itself.

Main topic of the geekend is LEDs and RGB. Let’s make this place bright for the winter months.

Food and drinks will be available.

Sunday

On Sunday morning, I propose a hike, which can be combined with SOTA(Summits on the Air) for HAM radio operators. Two main options are Slavnik or Blegoš. But we will decide on site.

Those who do not wish to go on hike can spend the day at PLAC and continue hacking or go home.

Slavnik (1028m)

  • 1h 30m hour easy hike
  • Hütte
  • Warm seaside region

SOTA * 4 + 3 Points * Completely open towards the sea and Italy * You can get Milano on VHF

image #### Blegoš (1562m):

  • 1h 30m hour hike to Blegoš
  • WW2 Bunkers
  • No Hütte
  • Probably colder than Slavnik

SOTA:

  • We leave early to take CP005 & CP006 as well
  • An absolute SOTA farm 3 x (6 + 3) + (4 + 3)
