process

  1. get/find a thick wood plates. Cut to size or two halves. Chop-saw is your friend.
  2. laser-engrave wood
  3. lacquer wood
  4. optionally assemble two halves of wood with hinges
  5. 3D Design some feet for board
  6. 3D print feet
  7. Size and scale board and stones
  8. 3D print stones
  9. 3D print bowl for stones

I scaled everything, board, stones (and grid) to fit small stones 17.91mm in diameter and 8mm in height.

    Don't use brim, which is a pain to remove. Rather use a SuperTack Printbed or higher temperature to make sure the stones stick.
