Manual for LoTHR Electronics Station
The Electric Load XY-FZ35
Do not exceed maximums

Settings
| OVP | overvoltage protection (default 25.2V) |
| OCP | overflow protection (default 5.10A) |
| OPP | power protection (default 35.5W) |
| OTP | over-temperature protection (at > 80°C, LCD flickers) |
| LVP | undervoltage protection (default 1.5V) When discharging a battery, set this to prevent damage to the battery |
The electronic load automatically saves the switching state before shutting down and resumes with the last state (power == on/off)
Discharge capacity Statistics:
the load current is not zero start statistics, until the next load current is zero, it is believed that the completion of a discharge process, statistical end
Discharge time Statistics:
from the current is not zero start statistics, to the next load current is zero, think that the completion of a test process, statistical end;
Set maximum Capacity (OAH):
When the OAH function is started, when the load discharge capacity is higher than the maximum capacity set, the electronic load stops
automatically and flashes to display “OAH”, and when the OAH alarm is lifted, the capacity statistics are automatically emptied
Set the maximum discharge time (OHP):
When the OHP function is started, when the load running time is greater than the maximum discharge time set, the electronic load stops
automatically and flashes to display “OHP”, and when OHP alarm is lifted, the time statistics are automatically emptied;
Note: If neither OAP or OHP are set, the electronic load will record the discharge capacity and discharge time. When the OHP function is turned on, the running time of the electronic load is the countdown mode

Data upload format
No alarm status:
Load supply voltage, load current, capacity value, discharge time;
11.90V,0.11A,0.004Ah,00:02 à Load voltage 11.90V, load current 0.11A, capacity 0.004Ah, discharge time 00:02;
Note: If the maximum discharge time is turned on, 00:02 indicates a countdown;
Alarm Status
Upload Alarm status code (OVP/OCP/OPP/LVP/OAH/OHP/OTP)
Read product parameter settings

The Power Supply DS30V05A
- Current-Limit, setable in 0.001A increments
- Voltage-Lmit, setable in 0.01V increments
- max 5A (but current power supply limits to 72W. Need more? Go to TESLA)
- max 26V (would be max 30V but is Buck-Converter and poewr supply only supplies 29V. Need more? Go to TESLA)

If the station detects movement/temperature fluctuations of the tip, it will automatically exit standby mode.
On / Off
Just turn knob CW.
Set Temperature
Press knob once and set temperature by turning knob.
Change Soldering Tip
Press knob and turn CW. Then select tip and confirm with button press.
Boos Mode
Turn know CW.
Standby
Turn know CCW.
Calibration
Get Solder-iron-tip temperature meter from TESTLA and go to menu and select calibration.
