No German? Friends of Fish and Fire, 2nd edition
Es ist wieder höchste Zeit für ein Lagerfeuer! Die Abende sind wieder kurze genug1), Es gibt auch Geburtstage zu feiern.
Das letzte Mal gab es auch Surströmming https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surstr%C3%B6mming , und weil nicht alle diese wahrscheinlich beste Art von Dosenfisch genießen konnten, hab ich wieder einen aus Schweden mitgebracht2).
Dazu reichen wir S'Mores.

Ein wahrer Kraftort am Schnittpunkt von Mur, Autobahn, Radweg, Hochspannungsleitung, Fernwärmeleitung, Hauptabwasserleitung und Stadtgrenze! Wir Fügen dem noch Feuer und Dosenfisch und hinzu.
Zeit
Samstag 5. Oktober 2019
- Ab 15:00 Uhr Feuer
Gemütliches Beisammensitzen, Grillen (z.B. Marschmellows) und was man sonst bei einem Lagerfeuer machen kann. - Um 17:00 Uhr: Surströmming. Für Details siehe Zeit
- 18:34: Sonnenuntergang
- 20:16: Ende der Astronomischen Dämmerung, alle Sterne sind sichtbar
- später: Holz aus, Lagerfeuer fertig.

- Den Fisch (in Dose und Vakuumierung rundherum) und was dazu gehört
- Brot
- Erdäpfel
- Zwiebel
- Sauerrahm
- Gin/Vodka
- Alles für S'Mores
- Marschmellows
- Schoko
- Kekse
- Kochwerkzeug (Messer, Brett, Topf, Küchenrolle, Schaufel, Rechen…)
- Einen Grillrost
- Kamera für die Dokumentation

It's time again for a campfire! A campfire needs night, and soon we get daily plenty of that. And we have some birthdays to celebrate.
Last time] I brought [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surströmming|Surströmming, but not all of you had the chance to try the probably best was of storing fish in can, that's why I brought some fresh4).
You will also know the true promise of S'Mores.

It is really a place of energy, a the intersection of the Mur, motorway, bicycle route, high voltage overland line, long distance heat, main sewage pipe and city border. We will add fire and canned fish.
Time
- From 12 on we will prepare for
- 1 pm campfire
Relaxed get together, BBQ, whatever you like to do at a camp fire - 4 pm: Opening of the Surstömming (under water, rinsing, cutting in small pieces).
Those who are interested are invited to try it with bread, potatoes, onions and soure cream. If necessary you can rinse with some high proof drinks.
You are recommend to not eat too much before that event. We provide goves and puke bags. - Then again relaxed get together, grilling, whatever you like to do at a camp fire.
- A camp fire needs a night, we will not finish before 8 pm.
